A contrasting mix of soft blues and cool neutrals, this alpaca throw is downright handsome. Thanks to its unique construction that features a different weaving technique in every stripe, this throw is incredibly soft and oh-so-cozy.
Hand-loomed by master weavers in a quiet mountain village in the Peruvian Andes, each throw takes about a week to complete. Made exclusively in a fair trade environment.
Note: Alpaca wool is hypoallergenic, so this throw is ideal for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

Never wash your alpaca throws or pillow covers - the spinning motion of a washing machine will destroy the delicate fibers. Absorb any liquid spills with paper towels or a clean cloth. Dry cleaning is the best option for removing stains or occasional cleaning.

Fun fact: The beauty of alpaca fibers is that they are hollow, which allows the fiber to insulate heat – so while lightweight, they are surprisingly warm. We know that nothing quite compares to the feel of a chunky blanket though, so even though warm, it may not be the ""cocoon"" effect you're going for.
