Treating stains:
If the stain was caused by liquid, act quickly to prevent it from drying – use a clean, damp cloth to absorb.
When in doubt, professional cleaning is always going to be your best bet.

Beautiful and unique rug. It's darker than the photos (also means less contrast and heavier feel) and unfortunately arrived folded (with deep fold marks we're still trying to get out). If returning wasn't a pain, we'd likely be returning this.

United StatesBeautiful rug--colors more neutral than online
This was my first Citizenry order--I was a little anxious taking the leap on such a big item but am so pleased to have this gracing my living room. The rug is very well-constructed and beautiful. My only caveat is that the colors are more muted than they look on my computer screen. The burgundy contains more brown, and the orange-coral stripes are like a burnt sienna. I wonder if individual rugs all have variations in color given they are hand-dyed.
