United StatesI got the Forma pillow to pair with the rose Neena rug and la Duna pillow. It really helps tie them all together and accent the rose rug. I love the Citizenry pillows as they’re so soft, well filled, and the designs are on point.
United StatesI was not satisfied with the first shipment I received from Citizenry. I sent pictures of the poor condition in which I received our sheep skin lumbar pillow. After I sent the photos, I never heard back from the company. The second shipment was received in good condition.

United StatesThe texture and colors are beautiful. The pillow reminds me of a desert sunset and adds character to my living space. Although the reddish color is slightly more brownish, it pairs perfectly with the Torres leather ottoman in caramel.
United StatesLove the colors and organic shapes to the design, along with how firm/full the actual cushion is in comparison to another West Elm pillow I have that is ridiculously flimsy. It was not clear to me in the description whether this had a zipper/removal pillow case/cushion, even though the INFO section states "Pillow cover with premium pillow insert”... but it does which I’m so glad for since we have a one-year old. The 22” size is great against our 142” wide couch. Highly recommend and definitely looking to buy more Citizenry pillows.
