It is a solid, beautiful, and practical mirror. The backing for the actual mirror is a sturdy wood product, so there is no distortion in the image unlike hardware store mirrors made of cardboard and foil behind glass. I love that It is sized for an apartment - not a palace (or giant suburban faux Tudor). It can be used in so many places - I've bought one and now I see so many corners and wall spaces that could benefit from a minimalistic yet nicely detailed mirror. And as total handy-person klutz, I love that I didn't need to drill holes to use it - trying to find studs and using anchors that fall down inside the wall as soon as I look at them makes me feel like a home owning failure, so I very much appreciate that it is designed to lean. It's heavy enough yo stand firmly on its own, yet light enough that you can move it around fairly easily. If you think you might like to have this mirror - don't hesitate. I can't imagine regretting it.

There aren’t many small footprint mirrors that are durable and aesthetically pleasing. This one is one is crafted beautifully, has nice weight, and provides a reliable reflection (cheap mirror can distort things!). It is unfinished so expect that. But another cherished purchase from the Citizenry. :)

The standard size is the perfect length. I love the smooth feel and quality of the wood frame. Its a great statement piece and still achieves the minimalism look. The frame was unfortunately nicked in transit, there was a hole in the shipping box where the damage was -- not at all the fault of Citizenry because it was carefully packed. Customer service was great and promptly addressed the issue. This mirror was well worth the price!
