Handcrafted by master artisans in Cirebon, Indonesia, each nightstand takes almost two days to complete. All made start-to-finish in a fair trade environment.

United StatesThese arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased, as I've been eyeing them for at least a year. I'm glad I joined the waitlist because they sold out in the blink of an eye! I agree with the below review that the tables aren't as warm as pictured, but that's okay. I have a Kroehler MCM highboy and a walnut bed, and this falls between the 2 in terms of warmth if that helps at all. The tables are high quality with a nice weight to them, and were packaged extremely well. The drawers roll smoothly and have a soft close feature. I've been so happy with my experience with The Citizenry. Customer service was prompt, polite, and personable each time I reached out for an estimated in-stock date, as production was delayed a bit due to COVID. I trust that if there WERE any issues with the tables, that they'd be handled with the same level of care and attention I've received thus far. Thank you!
United StatesThis pair of nightstands did not disappoint. They are very high quality: solid and sturdy. The color is nice - maybe not quite as warm as the pictures on the website make them appear but still nice. The drawers open and close smoothly. The leather "handle" is nice touch. I love them!
