The Citizenry is a socially conscious home décor company reinventing the way you shop for your home. Country by country, we partner with master artisans, blending our modern style with their time-tested techniques.

We are growing pretty fast, and we are looking for an Operations Intern to manage the day-to-day operations. From organizing samples to helping with quality control, you’ll cover a lot of ground. With no two days alike, you will be learning a lot.

  • Assist in quality control to ensure each customer’s experience is on-brand and of the highest quality.
  • Create an enjoyable & organized office environment – stocking kitchen and office supplies, managing technology equipment, and making sure we’re having a good time.
  • Become the Operations Team's right hand man (or lady), from running errands to assisting with artisan-related projects.
  • Manage the showroom – welcoming visitors, keeping track of inventory and re-stocking, & assisting with events
  • Roll up your sleeves and help fill in gaps when needed (after all, we are a startup).


  • Able to work 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks
  • Able to bring laptop computer
  • Studying business, e-commerce, marketing or retail merchandising field at a four-year university in the Dallas area
