THE BASICS. The Citizenry offers free shipping on orders going to any destination within the contiguous United States, except to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrivals. Orders ship from Dallas, Texas.
NEEDED IT YESTERDAY? Well, we can’t time travel but we will happily expedite your order. We offer two expedited shipping options - Premium, which arrives in 3 to 5 business days, and Two-Day, which arrives in 2 business days. The price will vary based on the weight of your order. The shipping cost for each option will automatically appear in your cart at checkout. If that’s not fast enough, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do everything we can to get your package to you on time.
RELAX. IT WILL BE THERE SOON. Most orders will ship out within one business day. As soon as your order is on the way, you'll receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number.
EXCEPTIONS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? We are happy to ship to internationally and frequently send our goods to our friends outside of the United States. Most orders will be shipped through USPS Priority and take 8 to 10 business days. If you haven’t received a notification 10 days after your order shipped, be sure to check with your local post office to see if any additional information is needed to complete your order. As a reminder, duties and taxes aren't included in your order. International orders are final.

All of our products have a 30-day return policy. We will gladly accept the return of any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Shipping on returns is also FREE!
