Each one is made by a group of talented women in Dimapur, India, who’ve perfected the art of backstrap weaving over centuries. Handwoven from incredibly soft cotton, this pillow takes almost a full day to complete. All made start-to-finish in a fair trade environment.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Item never arrived. I opened a ticket on 11/1 and still don’t have the product. They ignore emails and don’t respond for many days. They tell you they will resend and they never do. You ask to escalate support and they ignore emails and calls.I love their products but this is not how you treat customers.
