Beautiful pillow but poor customer service
I actually didn't order the La Forma pillow, I order the Ola and the Lago pillows--which for some reason can't be reviewed on the website. I'm reviewing here because I'd like to say that the quality of these two Peruvian woven pillows is absolutely fantastic. They are truly stunning and worth every penny. However, I am docking two stars due to the poor customer service I received. There was a slight delay in shipping to start because the inserts for the pillows hadn't yet come in, which is understandable in the age of COVID and supply chain disruptions. However, when I finally did receive my shipment, there was only one pillow in the box! The tracking information and even the shipping label/insert indicated there should have been two pillows in the shipment. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and it took twelve days of repeated follow-up from my side to get updated tracking information. The lack of proactive follow-up from customer service was really disappointing. I've ordered several items from the Citizenry before and have never had an issue, so I'm hoping this was a one-off bad experience.

I got the Forma pillow to pair with the rose Neena rug and la Duna pillow. It really helps tie them all together and accent the rose rug. I love the Citizenry pillows as they’re so soft, well filled, and the designs are on point.
I was not satisfied with the first shipment I received from Citizenry. I sent pictures of the poor condition in which I received our sheep skin lumbar pillow. After I sent the photos, I never heard back from the company. The second shipment was received in good condition.
