Each headboard is handcrafted by master artisans in Cirebon, Indonesia. From start-to-finish, each one is made in a fair trade environment.

United States United StatesBeautiful but impossible to install
This is a really beautiful headboard but it is a PAIN to install. The brackets on the headboard were not even or flat. We had to drill out the bamboo on the headboard before we could even attempt to mount it. All measurements between brackets provided by citizenry were slightly off by 1/8 of an inch in different directions. Took us 4 hours to install and our wall took a beating.
