Rada Indigo Square Pillow
The art of indigo dyeing is a time-honored craft in Japan, and this accent pillow perfectly blends tradition with modern sensibility. Dip-dyed over four times to achieve the saturated indigo hue, the minimal block pattern lets the rich color to take center stage.
Hand-dyed from all-natural indigo plants using the Ita Jima (with wood plates) style by Chiharu, a master dyer in Oki City, each pillow takes a day to complete. Made start-to-finish in a fair-trade environment.
Note: Since this is a handcrafted item, each pillow is one-of-a-kind – expect variation in hues and patterns.
This pillow comes ready to style. Cruelty-free down alternative insert included.

Made with higher standards. We preserve artisan craft by paying wages that average 2x the fair trade requirement.
Never wash your pillow cover in a washing machine - this will cause the natural dyes to bleed and ruin the rich color of the fabric. Absorb any liquid spills with paper towels or a clean cloth. Dry cleaning is the best option for removing stains or occasional cleaning.

A perfect understated piece
This pillow is made out of a soft, inviting cotton, and it adds a handmade feel to our living room while still being sleek and modern.
Modern, versatile, and artsy. Beautiful pillow. Love the deep blue. Slightly larger than your standard size pillow, but pairs well with smaller pillows.
