I was disappointed with the fabric on the back. Even though not seen, it feels chintzy compared with the lovely front of the pillow. The size is generous, love the ivory tone and texture.

This pillow looks fantastic in pictures but unfortunately did not look nearly as good in person. It arrived misshapen and looks lumpy on the bed, as opposed to the photos where it looks perfectly straight. It also had slight pilling when it arrived which has only worsened even though we barely touch it. This was my first Citizenry purchase and I really wanted to love it so I missed the 30 day return window. Really disappointing for an almost $300 pillow.
