Handcrafted from the highest grade hinoki cypress, this bath runner features a soft feel and aromatic scent (that only gets more fragrant when wet). From start-to-finish, each one takes over a week to complete. All made in a fair trade workshop in Okawa, Japan, that has perfected the art of furniture making over four generations.

First, when I opened the package I could smell that beautiful wood scent! The Runner is beautifully constructed, and visually pleasant; sure to give any bathroom a modern and beautiful aesthetic look. Now, I have to warn you. The natural light wood does expose the runner to easily have dirty markings prints if stepped on with dirty feet. So, if you have a partner that loves to walk barefoot in the home and can care less if their feet look like a Sasquatch’s feet then you may want them to sign a release form for them NOT to step on this beautiful wood runner! Demand a clean feet only clause. Otherwise, enjoy!
