This pillow looks fantastic in pictures but unfortunately did not look nearly as good in person. It arrived misshapen and looks lumpy on the bed, as opposed to the photos where it looks perfectly straight. It also had slight pilling when it arrived which has only worsened even though we barely touch it. This was my first Citizenry purchase and I really wanted to love it so I missed the 30 day return window. Really disappointing for an almost $300 pillow.

This is a beautifully finished mirror that has a nice weight to lean against a wall. The product was well packaged to prevent damage yet easy to unpack. I love the smooth, solid Hinoki wood that frames the mirror, it’s gorgeous!
