Our linen is machine washable. Wash on the gentle cycle with like colors and using a mild, liquid laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly. Avoid bleaching agents and personal care products that contain benzoyl peroxide or alpha hydroxy acids.
Some shedding does occur in the natural life cycle of linen, especially as it softens with age. This should stop after a few washes though
Linen naturally has a more relaxed look that does not require ironing. However, if you would like more structure - iron with warm heat on the milder “linen” setting.

United StatesCustomer Care is wonderful BUT
The customer care team is great and they resolve things super quickly without any issues but the product itself isn’t great. After using the sheets for two weeks, I can say that the fitted sheets keep on sliding and popping off. The elastic isn’t strong enough to keep them in place which is really annoying cause they keep on popping pff every single night. Although the quality of linen is good and the colors are great, I still feel disappointed since the set doesn’t come cheap. I won’t be purchasing again. The Customer Care team gets 5stars but the product itself doesn’t deserve more than 2.

We’ve had the Grove bundle set for a couple weeks. Sheets feel luxurious and soft. We had two shopping/delivery snags but the Citizenry helped take care of the warehouse issues. I think we’ll enjoy the sheets for years to come.

The looks is amazing, i really like the texture and how you can feel the quality of the materials. The colors are also really great - they’re strong colors, but in a way that almost seems understated. The fit is a little big, but it works with the organic look and feel of the set.
