Our linen is machine washable. Wash on the gentle cycle with like colors and using a mild, liquid laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly. Avoid bleaching agents and personal care products that contain benzoyl peroxide or alpha hydroxy acids.
Some shedding does occur in the natural life cycle of linen, especially as it softens with age. This should stop after a few washes though
Linen naturally has a more relaxed look that does not require ironing. However, if you would like more structure - iron with warm heat on the milder “linen” setting.

Sizing look and feel are all top notch. Softest sheets ever. My only gripe is that this bundle should have come with a duvet as well. Make it a true all in one bundle.

These linen sheets are amazing. Super lux and worth every penny, which is saying a lot in this case! I splurged and gave myself an extravagant Christmas gift and haven't regretted it for a minute. Sliding under the duvet... I don't know what to tell you, they're just so calming against my skin. The Midnight bundle transformed the bedroom, with the slate blue sheets beneath the light and textured look of the graphite stripe duvet cover... It's definitely a Level Up in style. One thing I will say, and I think this is just the deal with linen in general: They shed lint like you wouldn't believe. It's crazy. Sweep the bedroom once a week to keep it under control. Still, they're totally worth it. 100%. Would save up and buy luxury linens from The Citizenry again.

The deep blue color is beautiful and everything in the bundle is wonderfully soft. They do pill a ton during washing so there’s always lint all over the sheets. Also, a bit oversized for a regular king mattress & comforter.
United StatesBest sheets we've ever had, with one annoying flaw
We decided to upgrade to a new King sized bedframe & mattress recently, and after looking at many competing brands, picked the Citizenry Midnight Series linen bundle for our bedsheets, along with a few Citizenry decorative pillows (1x Pampas Square and 1x Marea Indigo). First things first, we absolutely love the fabric and colors - our bedroom has never looked better. The color of the duvet cover, pillow covers, bed sheets, and matching decorative pillows look absolutely fantastic together. The fabric has a nice weight to it, without being heavy or warm, and breathes well. We are experiencing an issue with the fitted sheets, the dimensions appear off for a standard king mattress - as there appears to be 6-8 inches of loose, extra fabric width-wise. The elastic band around the fitted sheet is also very weak, and doesn't do much to keep the sheet tight. The combination of these two issues means that despite our best efforts to fit the sheet tightly, we wake up every morning having to completely reposition it, as it gets loose or completely undone. To remedy this, we had to order tightening straps online that go under the mattress, which weren't the easiest to install on a King bed. Something we wish we didn't have to do, especially for quality sheets like these and the price we paid for. Besides that one issue, we love our new bed & the feel of the sheets & recommend these & Citizenry accessories overall.

Admittedly I had a lot of reservations about spending this much money on sheets, but decided to splurge as a gift to myself. I have to say that these are the most comfortable sheets I've ever owned! They are so cozy that I often choose to stay home and sleep in my own bed alone than go to my boyfriend's house. I would definitely recommend these sheets. They are worth the money.
