Our linen is machine washable. Wash on the gentle cycle with like colors and using a mild, liquid laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly. Since linen is a natural fiber, it will shed at first – this should stop after a few washes though. We recommend using Wool Dryer Balls instead of dryer sheets to reduce waste and increase fluffiness.
Linen naturally has a more relaxed look that does not require ironing. However, if you would like more structure - iron with warm heat on the milder “linen” setting.

The duvet is wonderful - it covers the bed nicely and the comforter I bought fits perfectly. The linen is soft and makes for a wonderful "unmade, puffy" look, which I was aiming for. The only downside is what I had seen in a previous review - the duvet has only four ties, and my comforter has already come undone inside after only a couple weeks of use. Before that, it had already slid out of place in the middle. It seems as if I need to add more ties to it to make it more functional, though I'm not looking forward to it. I'm left wondering why such an expensive and well-made item has such a huge flaw. Why not fix the design? It would be so incredibly simple to add a few more ties. Overall, I'm happy, but not thrilled. I would wait until they fix this flaw or try to find a different one if I were to look for another one. I paid too much to have to alter it after purchase.
