Purpose over Profits

The 2023 Black Friday Fund

You order. We donate. This Black Friday, all profits go to Morocco.

Together, we funded 1,000 days of school for girls displaced by earthquakes in the High Atlas Mountains.

Every $350 spent funds one day of school.

All profits go to Education for All, a NGO providing safe, supportive living environments for girls pursuing an education in rural Morocco. In September, their boarding homes were destroyed in the 6.8 magnitude earthquake that devastated the High Atlas region. This donation will go to supporting the girls’ ongoing education as they rebuild.

EDUCATED GIRLS CREATE MORE STABLE, PEACEFUL SOCIETIES

Girls' education has proven to be the most effective way to reduce poverty, fight gender inequality, and build more open-minded, peaceful communities for generations to come.

THE GIFT OF EDUCATION

1,000 DAYS OF SCHOOL

All profits will be donated to Education for All, an organization we’ve supported over the years. In the wake of the recent earthquake, we’re raising $35,000 to support girls continuing their studies in Marrakech while they rebuild boarding homes in the High Atlas region.

A BRIGHTER, MORE PEACEFUL FUTURE TOGETHER.
In rural areas of Morocco, only 26% of girls are enrolled in primary schools. Girls’ education is limited by cultural and location constraints, with most schools in rural areas being miles from homes.
On the night of September 8th, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake devastated Morocco’s mountain villages, including the boarding homes that give girls in this rural region access to school and education. Fortunately, all of the girls have been accounted for and are safe with their families.
Now, investing in girls' education in Morocco is more important than ever. Educated girls are key voices in the family, in government, and in society – all creating more stable, peaceful communities.

Together, we’re making Black Friday count for something more important - and more lasting.
