Cuadra Alpaca Throw
Clean, classic stripes in a soft neutral palette, this alpaca throw is the perfect trifecta - subtle, mixable, and giftable. Not to mention, it’s incredibly soft - meticulously hand-loomed from 100% baby alpaca, a material once reserved for Inca royalty.
Handwoven by master artisans in a quiet mountain village in the Peruvian Andes, each throw takes about a week to complete. All made exclusively in a fair trade environment.
Note: Alpaca wool is hypoallergenic, so this throw is ideal for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

These alpaca throws are beautiful to look at and the quality is great, but if you're looking for something to keep you warm on a cold winter's night, keep looking. For a Bostonian who now resides in Chicago, these do nothing except drape over our bed or couch in the colder months - maybe when summer rolls around, we'll actually use them as blankets.
Hi Lianne, Thanks so much for reaching out about your experience with the Cuadra Alpaca Throw Blanket. We work closely with our artisan partners to create one-of-a-kind pieces crafted with the best materials from around the world. If you’re still looking for a thicker style, we’d recommend the Tesoro or La Leńa styles since they’re still crafted from 100% baby alpaca but include a thicker weaving technique. Our team has reached out to you directly to chat more! Best, - The Citizenry Team
This is the second Citizenry alpaca throw I've bought, and it's just as nice as the last one -- high quality, soft. Recommend!
I love my new alpaca blanket! It’s soft but the weaving keeps it strong. Beautiful colors and looks great with my leather couch!
Great value for alpaca throws, it’s uncommon to find alpaca for under $300. Took off 1 star because they snag easy but I still bought 3.
Beautiful quality and craftsmanship
