La Cima Accent Rug - Grey
Made from an intricate spinning process that mixes natural wool fiber, this accent rug features a subtle, yet striking dappled grey hue. The wool in this rug is completely natural - no dyes here! And bonus, this mixing technique ensures the yarn is heavier and softer than usual. Kick your shoes off, and enjoy.

It pains me to write this review because I have three other La Cima Rugs of varying sizes that I love. But I have been unable to find a runner from this newer batch worth keeping as the quality is notably worse than all others I have in-home as a reference. They're stiffer with a different thickness, lack careful linear stitching and other attention to detail, and after trying to do an exchange figuring it was a one-off, I was sent a version with jarring mismatched cream/white colors on the same runner. This goes well beyond the variation one might expect from a handmade item; as mentioned, I have three other versions of the same rug/pattern (one area, one 2x3, one runner) that must've been from an earlier batch and are great! I've all but given up attempting to find one that will match and think I may just leave the hallway this was intended for with a wood floor.
Hi Carter, Thank you for your note. We are thrilled to hear how much you have loved previous purchases of the various La Cima rugs, but we’re so sorry to hear that your latest one did not align with your expectations when it arrived. While, yes, color variations can occur due to the natural dyes used, we want to find the perfect match for you. We see our team was able to assist you in making an exchange for another La Cima rug. We hope this one is everything you want it to be! If not, our Client Experience team would be happy to track down the exact right rug for you. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out! Sincerely, The Citizenry Team
Fun but classy rug for an entry way. Well crafted.
Love this rug, but the outsides are not cream/white like in the photos, it is definitely a natural/tan color. I’m sad it is not what I expected, but it is still beautiful. Gray color does look like the pictures.

Purchased the Accent rug to be used in our kitchen and we could not be more happy with everything about it.
Delicate in the look, robust and well made all together. Love it.
The design of the rug is lovely but unfortunately the colors look nothing like the photos. The cream/white portion is more of a sad grayish brown color. It’s also very thin and the texture is that of burlap sack of potatoes. The edges are also not perfectly square - you can definitely see some noticeable unevenness. And last but not least, mine has a very odd fishy/barnyard smell. Understand it’s natural but I was hoping it wouldn’t smell like a zoo. I guess this is what you get when it’s a handmade item, but at this price point, I was expecting higher quality.
Karen, Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that this has been your experience. You’re right — the handmade nature of this rug can cause variations from batch to batch, slightly affecting the color and dimensions at times. But your experience gives us pause. We’re sending our Production Team to check this latest batch to ensure it meets our design and quality standards. In the meantime, we want to make this right for you. Our Client Experience Team will be reaching out to you with a small gift, and would be more than happy to arrange a return if you wish. Again, thank you for your note. It truly makes us better. Sincerely, The Citizenry Team
