Our baskets are sturdy, strong, and flexible, made to withstand constant use. If properly cared for, your basket will live a long life.
Dust your woven basket on a regular basis, wiping with a damp cloth if necessary. No other cleaning should be necessary.
Changes in temperature and humidity may cause your basket to expand and contract, which may make securing the lid difficult at times. Be patient and wait for the weather to change or remove from areas with high humidity (like bathrooms).

Most in-stock items will ship via FedEx Ground in 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free.
Prefer a refund? A single re-stocking fee will apply to returns within 30 days:
$0 (no fee) for just bedding and/or towels
$25 for most other returned orders
$65 if your return includes oversized items (area rugs, furniture, mirrors)
White glove delivery items are handled separately and have a 15% re-stocking fee.

Basket is beautiful!
I like the size. Holds my nick nacks that I like easy access to. I thought it was a bit overpriced. Would likely buy it again because it’s so beautiful!

Lost in Translation?

Your dedicated two-person team will deliver this product to your door, unpack your item in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging materials upon your approval.
