This lumbar pillow should be priced way higher. It looks and feels like a custom piece. I love the soft yet sturdy texture and the colors are deep yet not overwhelming. I couldn’t be happier. Finally I found a lumbar pillow that is long enough with the added high quality I was looking for without a ridiculously high price tag.
We actually placed this pillow on top of our couch (leaning against the wall) for extra head support and it’s perfect! Not too soft or hard and it’s very well constructed. The Citizenry sent the product in a timely manner and kept us up to date on shipment details...very professional. We will definitely buy from them again.
This was my first time using Citizenry and it will most likely be my last. I had been eyeing this pillow for over a year and I finally broken down and placed the order on Dec 29. It took two weeks to receive the order and the delivery required a signature. There was no ETA for the delivery so I sat around like a prisoner all day until the pillow was delivered at 4:00 pm. I might be able to overlook this inconvenience if the pillow looked the pillow in Citizenry photos however the colors were completely misrepresented. They must have changed manufactures because other reviews said they got the same pillow. My pillow was mainly a pink salmon-ish with not as much of the rusty red color. The pillow I received has very very prominent geometric patterns which stand out a lot. I was hoping for more of a striped look like the picture with subdued hard to see geometric patters. I wish there was a way to attach a photo. I am keeping the pillow because I don't want to go through the hassle of a return and it is still very high quality, it just wasn't what i was expecting. The photo really needs to be updated with the correct current pillow.
