The linen definitely feels high quality, stuffing is very confusing, and the pillow looks nice on our bed, but because it’s so long, it seems to have a bit of a “dent” in the middle where it probably flopped over at some point in the making/shipping. Can be hidden by pulling the material straight but means the pillow needs to be laying flat when not in use. I worry about storing it in a basket standing up right when not in use for fear of making the “dent” worse.
Rachel, Thank you for your note, it means the world. We appreciate your kind words about our linen lumbar, but the “dent” you describe gives us a bit of pause. Nothing throws a visual wrench in a freshly made bed like a misshapen pillow, and we want to find a solution for you. A member of our Client Experience Team will be reaching out to you to see how we can help. We’re confident we can make this right for you! Sincerely, The Citizenry Team
