Towards the end of the day, with the sun slowly setting over the Marrakech skyline, we made our way to the industrial district to visit this leather design studio.  We had heard this workshop was the best of the best. Known for being innovative designers who are sticklers for quality, we had been looking forward to this visit for awhile.

And sure enough, it did not disappoint. When we arrived, Saad, the workshop director, gave us the full tour, showing us the incredible leather designs made by the studio. They only use the very best Moroccan leathers and treat everything with their secret vegetable dye recipe.

Every piece he brought out was more beautiful than the last – we couldn’t get over the intricate stitching, the smooth texture, the rich hues. We had seen countless leather poufs scattered throughout the markets of Morocco, but nothing could hold a candle to these beauties. Needless to say, we had found our leather nirvana.
