Mendoza Handwoven Runner
Go on, kick off your shoes. This incredibly soft wool runner is made for going barefoot. As soft as it is durable, this runner is woven using long-lasting wool - perfect for whatever the day-to-day holds. Hand-dyed using natural pigments and woven in a striking stripe design, this runner adds a just-right amount of visual interest to any hallway, kitchen, or bedroom.
Each rug is handwoven by a fair trade workshop in Santiago del Estero, Argentina. From sourcing the wool locally, to cleaning, spinning, dyeing by hand, and then weaving, they have mastered every part of the process. From start-to-finish, it can take up to eight weeks to complete one rug.
We recommend a rug pad to reduce slippage.
