The Winter Sour
As the winter months grow closer, there is no better way to warm up your spirits than with a cocktail that caters to comfort. Introducing the Winter Sour. This low ABV cocktail is a harmonious blend of bitter, sweet, and seasonal. Contrasting yet complementary flavors combine with egg whites to create a silky smooth convivial to be enjoyed at any occasion.
Whether you’re hosting a festive gathering or enjoying a quiet night by the fire, this cocktail will be the perfect addition to your glass all winter long.
INGREDIENTS:
1 rosemary sprig
1 1/2 ounces honey
1 ounce Campari
1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce egg white
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add rosemary leaves and honey syrup into a shaker and muddle.
Add the Campari, lemon juice and egg white.
Vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
